The design brief for this serial publication includes the covers as well as interior pages accommodating a wide range of text genres and visual art.
The Capilano Review (TCR ) has published innovative literary and visual arts alongside one another since 1972. Writing genres include fiction, poetry, drama, and non-fiction. To better accommodate long line lengths in poems, the design incorporates a seven-inch-wide page. Other design features include elegant fonts set with generous leading that together provide ease of reading.
